Welcome to Tallwood Human Resources Consulting. By accessing our website or engaging our HR consulting services, you agree to the following terms:

 

1. Services
We offer customized HR consulting to small businesses, nonprofits, and mid-sized organizations in New England. Services may be project-based or part of a monthly subscription.

 

2. Payment Terms
Service fees are outlined in your proposal or agreement. Invoices must be paid as scheduled; late payments may be subject to fees.

 

3. Confidentiality
We keep your information private and secure. Your business and employee data will never be shared without your consent, except as required by law.

 

4. Use of Materials
All documents, templates, and resources we provide remain the intellectual property of Tallwood. Clients may use them internally but not resell or distribute them.

 

5. No Legal Advice
Our consulting is not legal advice. For legal matters, please consult an attorney.

 

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for our services.

 

7. Termination
You or Tallwood may end an engagement with written notice. Services rendered before termination must be paid in full.


8. Maine Law
These terms are governed by Maine law. Any disputes will be resolved in Penobscot County.
